Where We Ship
While the vast majority of our customers are in the United States—including all contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii—we ship worldwide and welcome orders from anywhere.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders. No minimums, no fine print.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday only.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, here's what to expect:
Contiguous United States – 7–10 business days
Alaska & Hawaii – 10–13 business days
For destinations outside the US, delivery times vary by location. Feel free to check in if you need an estimate—we're happy to help.
These are conservative estimates based on our order history. The longest delivery we've seen was 14 days, so the upper end includes a reasonable buffer for customs clearance or unexpected carrier delays.
A Note on Tracking
Tracking numbers are issued once your package enters the domestic carrier network. It may take 1–5 business days for tracking to show movement—this is normal and does not mean your order is delayed.
How We Ship
To keep costs fair and avoid unnecessary warehousing, orders are shipped directly from our partner workshop. This skips the middleman, reduces waste, and gets your bag from the workbench to your door without sitting in a distribution center for weeks.
Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items may ship separately. If one item arrives before the other, don't worry—the rest is on the way.
Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly, which means changes or cancellations are only possible if your order hasn't been processed yet. If it's already moving through our system, we won't be able to modify it. That said, you're always welcome to initiate a return once your order arrives.
