How to Start a Return?

If your return is accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how to return it.

Once your return is received and checked at our warehouse, returns take about 7-10 business days to process.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file once the return process is completed.

What Qualifies for Returns or Exchanges at B7?

  • Eligible Ready Made Items
    Most ready made items purchased from bagld.com can be returned within 30 days after receiving the items. Custom products and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment or store credit if preferred.
  • Custom Items
    If you ordered a custom-made product from baglad.com, we’re sorry but we can’t accept your bag for return. That means it was you, or someone who loves you, who decided that purple, yellow and brown would look good next to each other. Unfortunately, although we think your bag is beautiful, we can’t take it back. All sales are final on custom-made bags. No returns or exchanges. Each bag is sewn to order.
  • How Do I Exchange an Item
    We are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. Should you require to exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund. You may purchase the replacement at your convenience, before or after you receive your refund. If you received the item as a gift, please Contact Us with the order details and we’ll work to help make it happen.
  • Please Note
    Returns must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused. It must be returned in their original packaging and in a sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Returns that are used or are not in the original received state will not be received for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

What If I Received the Wrong or Defective Product?

In the rare event that you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, defective upon arrival, or are missing something from your order, please Contact Us. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.

If your bag arrived defective, but purchased from another retailer, please reach out to the retailer who sold the bag for options.

Do I Have to Pay for My Return?

  • In the case of receiving the incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing product:
    Please make sure the product is in returnable condition, we can reship a new product or give you a refund once we receive the wrong one, and we will bear all expenses.
  • In the case of you change your mind while there is no mistake in the order:
    If you wish to return an item due to a change of heart, we respect your decision. In such cases, the return shipping will be your responsibility, shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns for Other Retailers

If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than baglad.com, please work directly with the original place of purchase for return options. We occasionally work with other retailers to ship out items they may not have in stock. If you received an order from baglad with an order number, please contact the company you purchased the baglad product from to process your return.
