Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns
We accept returns for quality issues only. If your item arrives defective or damaged, you have 14 days from the date your order was placed to initiate a return. Beyond 14 days, unfortunately we can't offer a refund.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging included. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is not received in its original condition.
To initiate a return, contact us and we'll walk you through the next steps. We'll need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm we've got it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't seen your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first, then reaching out to your credit card company or bank. Refunds can take some time to post depending on their processing timelines.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we can replace it with the same item. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us and we'll provide the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and this may include international shipping fees.
